Game-Fanatix.com is owned and operated by Game Fanatix LLC, with its purpose being to provide the best games at the best prices.
When is my credit card charged?
In most cases, your credit card will be charged when your item ships. For pre-orders, Game Fanatix may charge your credit card immediately in some cases. Normally, pre-orders are charged when they ship.
I am using a Debit card.
When using a debit card, please be aware that your financial institution may place a hold on your funds even if your transaction is declined. Game Fanatix is not responsible for placing or removing debit holds. Please contact your financial institution if you would like more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Game Fanatix only ships to the United States at this time.
How can I view my past orders?
If you placed an order before October 2008, your past purchases may not be visible in your account. Please contact customer service if you need access to this information and we will be glad to assist you.
How can I get the $5 pre-order discount?
The pre-order discounts are applied automatically to eligible products. As long as we are still accepting pre-orders for that particular item, the discount will apply. Once pre-orders have been cut off, the discounts are removed and the item`s regular price will apply.

What is the "Employee Recommended" button on some product pages?
Game Fanatix team members are encouraged to play games (even at work!). If we hold that game in high regard, we place our "stamp of approval" on it. Please note that we do not endorse any particular publishers, and our opinions are just that - opinions.
How can I see my order status?
Current order status can be viewed by visiting the "My Account" section.
Can I save my credit card info on your site for future orders?
No, for security reasons, no credit card information can be saved in your account. You will need to re-enter your payment information each time you place an order.
What happens if I buy a used game and it doesn`t work?
All used games are tested before they are shipped, so the likelihood of this happening is very slim. Please ensure that your system is clean and the game you purchased is compatible with your setup. We do not accept returns of incompatible products.
What happens if a game drops in price after I`ve ordered it?
Video game prices fluctuate frequently, often decreasing in value and sometimes increasing. Due to the nature of the market, we cannot offer any price protection. In the case of pre-orders, if the SRP (suggested retail price) of an item drops prior to release, Game Fanatix will refund the difference back to you.
Are these games new or used?
Most items are brand new and factory sealed. Any used games will be followed by a (USED) note in either the item name or description. Please note that some manufacturers use heat-sealed shrink wrap rather than the standard triangle fold. This depends on the duplication center they use, and is not under the control of Game Fanatix.
Will I get a case and cover art with my used game?
Yes! We never, ever sell "disk-only" games. Other game stores charge you $54.99 for used games that have no case, manual, or cover art, but not Game Fanatix. You will always get, at minimum, a case for any PS3, PS2, PS1, 360, Xbox, Wii, DS, PSP, Dreamcast, and GameCube game. Please note that in the case of cartridge games such as Game Boy, N64, etc, you may receive just the cartridge.
How can you have such a wide selection?
We have partnered with some of the largest distributors in North America. Therefore, our selection is much more expansive than the "other" game stores. Most items are acquired on a per-order basis. You can order video games online with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
