- Shipping charges are as follows: Budget shipping starts at $3.99 for the first item, $1.99 for each additional item. Items sent via Budget Shipping will be shipped either First Class mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. FedEx shipping is available, rates vary based on weight and destination. Expected processing times are noted in the product description of each item. Game Fanatix does not ship internationally at this time. In the event that an item is back ordered (not in stock), Game Fanatix will notify you via email.
Game Fanatix collects sales tax from any customers with shipping addresses in the state of California. All risk of loss or damage to products purchased hereunder shall pass to the customer if budget shipping (USPS) is selected. Shipments sent via FedEx (Federal Express) are automatically insured against loss or damage. All delivery dates are approximate. In no event shall Game Fanatix be liable for consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages based on any delay in delivery or failure to deliver a product under this Agreement.
Pre-Orders are shipped on release day, or if possible, before. Game Fanatix guarantees street date availability of all pre-orders. In the event that a game is not available when promised, customers have the option of cancelling their pre-order (no restock fee applies). Please be aware that the "street date" is not the same as the "ship date". We only guarantee street date shipping. - Privacy & Security
- Game Fanatix does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with any third parties. No payment information is ever stored on our servers. Your information will only be used to contact you regarding your order. You will not receive any continual email solicitation from Game Fanatix, unless you choose to subscribe to our newsletter when you create an account. If you opt-in to receive email from Game Fanatix, you can easily unsubscribe either by logging into your account, or following the instructions at the bottom of every newsletter.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in salable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with an identical item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games, systems and all accessories/hardware after 30 days.
We do not accept returns of:
- Any product(s) returned without a valid RMA number.
- Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
- Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any product(s) not in its original condition.
- Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
- Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. For safety and security reasons, packages sent to us without a valid RMA number are discarded and will not be credited to your account.
To return an item, please contact us via our online form here.Include the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. The name of the products you wish to return.
3. How many of each product you wish to return.
4. The reason for the return.
5. The condition of the item: opened or unopened.
We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. We suggest insuring the return package, as items lost in transit to Game Fanatix cannot be refunded or replaced.
Affix a label to the outer box or packaging with the return authorization number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the product`s box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.
No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to 5 days for the processing of returned merchandise. A 20% restock fee will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to Game Fanatix.
All returns/replacements after 30 days must be done directly to the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer`s warranties vary, please consult the warranty information included with your products.
PLEASE NOTE: Opened and pre-owned items cannot be returned for a refund, only exchanged for an identical disk or cartridge if they are defective, within 30 days of the date of purchase. All used games are tested before they are shipped to ensure they work properly. Please ensure that your system is clean and the game you purchased is compatible with your setup before requesting an RMA number. If a product is returned to Game Fanatix and found to be in working order (not defective), a 20% restock fee will be deducted from any refund.
No replacements or refunds are provided for incompatibility issues, items damaged by a customer`s game system, normal wear and tear, items damaged as a result of abuse or neglect, or failure to follow use and care instructions.
COMPATIBILITY: Customers are responsible for making sure the games/accessories they purchase are compatible with their system. No refunds are provided for incompatible items. - Cancellations
- Pre-Orders may be cancelled for up to one week prior to a game`s release. For example, if a game`s street date is on a Wednesday, the order may cancelled up to the Wednesday of the week before. For all other orders, the items are immediately prepared for shipping and therefore, cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Game Fanatix’s receipt of an online order does not constitute an acceptance by Game Fanatix of that order. All effort has been made to ensure that all product data and prices are accurate. Game Fanatix does not guarantee the accuracy of the information found on this website, and in no event shall Game Fanatix be liable in case of a typographical error.
